It’s Conference Tournament Week and the coaches welcome Baylor Head Coach Paul Jobson to the podcast to discuss how he got into coaching, his program at Baylor, and the importance of balancing faith, family and futbol. And somehow a Todd Yelton reference makes its way in to the discussion.
The coaches, two of which are in Florida for their conference tournaments, start the show with a discussion on how the NCAA field is chosen by the committee, how the RPI fits in, how strength of schedule is gauged, and so on.
The Power 5 discusses historic sports upsets and they close the show with big games of the week (Spoiler: did we mention it is conference tournament week?)

In this episode of CSN, the coaches welcome East Tennessee State University Head Women’s coach Jay Yelton to discuss his journey from assistant coach to head coach and the joys and pitfalls of coaching with, and against, his brothers. He also discusses his soccer coaching and training philosophies.
They start the show with The Big Deal to briefly discuss the recent Man U/Liverpool match in the EPL then quickly transition to discuss which college teams they currently think are on the bubble. They close out talking to the Big Deal with upsets of the week.
The Power 5 is athlete-focused and they close out the show with a look ahead into the games as the regular season concludes this weekend.

They start the show discussing an odd chair debacle in College Station for Ole Miss and SMU being “stranded” in Tampa due to the SouthWest Airline flight issues. They then welcome in “The Big Deal” for a rousing rendition of “Shut Up Matt” and discuss their teams and upsets of the week. They then close out the podcast with a Power 5 that is pertinent to SMUs current airline situation.
