In this episode of CSN, the coaches talk to ESPN multisport play-by-play announcer Mike Watts on his road from Fordham to Bristol and his experiences as a national collegiate sports voice. They also talk to The Big Deal about the upcoming spring Women's soccer season as well as the intricacies of the upcoming NWSL draft and implications for players.
In honor of New Year's resolutions they discuss the Top 5 vegetables and finish up with another annoying cliche.

In this supersized episode Chris and Matt discuss the NCAA not allowing extra practice days for soccer in the spring, the NWSL Draft waiver with the Big Deal and attempt to briefly discuss Liverpool's sustained excellence. They then welcome Ole Miss Sports Psychologist Josie Nicholson to discuss coping for collegiate athletes in the time of COVID and how susceptible Matt is to hypnosis. A special Power 5 welcomes the coaches spouses who discuss the Top 5 things the coaches do to annoy them (big props to them for narrowing it down to 5). They close up with an annoying sports cliche and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday season.

The Power 5 rates holiday movies, and after that argument is solved, the coach’s cliché brings forth more dissension.

In this episode of CSN, the coaches discuss video recruiting in the time of COVID, and talk about the NWSL draft and Knight Commission report with the "Big Deal". They then welcome Florida Assistant Coach Alan Kirkup to the podcast and discuss his journey from Manchester United to the Florida Gators as well as explain why beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In honor of the passing of Diego Maradona the boys give their Power 5 male players of all time, NOT NAMED Pele, Messi, or Ronaldo (what could go wrong?). They throw in a little Christmas shopping at the end as well as another overused coaching cliche.

Karen Hoppa then joins the fellas from an unknown location to give the history of coach Matt’s entry in to Division 1 and to discuss her program at Auburn. The Power 5 is Thanksgiving related and Matt gives tips on how not to burn down your house if you are deep frying a turkey this week in honor of Thanksgivings past.

This episode’s special guest is Miami Head Coach Sarah Barnes and she discusses her playing career, the lunch challenges associated with coaching at Texas, and navigating the waters of the ACC from South Beach. The power five is, surprisingly, food themed. They finish up with some Master’s talk and the weekly BBQ recipe.
